Tactical Dynamics is one of the key features of the upcoming game by Petroglyph Games entitled, Universe at War: Earth Assault. Each race of the three races will have a different tactical dynamic on top of the dynamic research system.
Dynamic Research
Dynamic Research is an aspect of Tactical Dynamics that lets players switch research paths at any time. A player is able to 'undo' his research and change paths, although this does take time. Little is known about this feature at this time.
